regina Lowe
A Portsmouth native, Regina Lowe has been with the Ware Agency for over 28 years. Her tenure began on December 7th, 1981 as a Receptionist. She was quickly promoted and moved to the Personal Lines division of the company where she stayed until 8 years ago. It was then, in 2002, that Regina moved to the Benefits department. "I love working one-on-one and face-to-face with clients – getting to know their industries, their employees, their specific issues and their wellness goals."
Regina's expertise is in deriving the best fit and value from her clients' coverage - especially as needs change. Kathy Cassiglia of Vanguard Industries East has been a Ware client for over 10 years. "Regina provides excellent customer service to us. Her response time for questions and resolving issues is usually within the same day, and frequently within the hour. In her leisure time, Regina enjoys amusement parks; she's proud to say that she has visited every park on the Eastern Seaboard at least once. And, she will go with and without her four grandchildren – enjoying the rides, ambience and fun, carefree atmospheres. During the fall and spring seasons, you'll see Regina cheering on the Atlanta Braves and the Washington Redskins. So, if her choice of teams is any indication of success, we can expect a turn-around year for the Redskins!
